Learn To Row Course

What is Learn to Row?

Experience rowing on the River Thames at Greenwich. We run the learn-to courses in our coastal boats with experienced and qualified coaches. We offer the opportunity to learn to scull in a coastal quad or you can row one of our traditional fixed-seat Thames Watermans Cutters. The course is held over two sessions of 2 hours each, during which you will learn the fundamental rowing techniques on the iconic Thames.

Please bring the following:

Regular gym wear
Footwear you don’t mind getting wet
A change of clothing

We will supply the following:

Buoyancy aids
Showers and changing facilities
All the tea and coffee you can drink
An opportunity to join our enthusiastic community of rowers
