The AHOY apprenticeship programme offers a structured pathway to employment for young people aged 16+ who may not have benefited from mainstream educational routes. We offer a range of activities leading to employable and transferable skills.
Our apprenticeship programme, in partnership with Core Coach, leads to a Level 2 Activity Leadership qualification.
The programme is aimed at young people Not In Education, Employment or Training (NEET) and offers a diverse and exciting range of activities in sailing, rowing, and powerboating leading to skills and qualifications.
Functional skills, such as Maths and English, plus a range of tasks to broaden horizons and build communication help to develop a clear pathway to employment.
